We want you to be satisfied with your Learning Resources purchase. However, in order to keep costs down for our dealers, we do restrict returns to situations in which we have made an error. To make a return under these circumstances, please follow these instructions:
Fill out our electronic RMA Form (Return Material Authorization) and click “submit form”. We will respond with an RMA number (required for all returns).
Print the completed RMA form, with the RMA number included, and insert the form into the package along with the products that have been authorized for return. (Once an RMA number has been issued, we can provide a call tag/return label, upon request, for any return resulting from our error.)
Clearly note the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to:

Returns not resulting from our error:
• Are subject to your Sales Manager’s approval. (We do not sell on consignment.)
• Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the return is approved).
• Require that freight be paid by the dealer.
