What is the status of my order?

Canadian Distributor         

In an effort to better sell & service our Canadian dealers & retailers we have solicited a distributor in the Canadian market to allow you to purchase domestically within Canada in Canadian dollars. We are however still available to sell you directly as we have in the past with some changes in our 2013 terms. All Canadian orders must now be FOB Vernon Hills, IL and we can only ship to a US address or forwarder beginning January 2013. We can no longer customs clear and broker goods at the border and ship directly into Canada. We are hoping with this change that you will see quicker lead time form “the distributor, Playwell”, as well as a cost saving on all of the Learning Resources and Educational Insights product lines.


How do I obtain Learning Resources images or product copy (written descriptions) for use in my catalog or on my website?         

It would be our pleasure to provide you with access to our images and copy! Please email [email protected] to submit a general request. We will ask you to complete a quick permissions form and then will provide you with directions on how to download images and copy.


How do I request a Learning Resources catalog or pricelist?         

We will gladly mail you our current catalog and/or pricelist upon request. Please email us at [email protected] or call 800-222-3909 (select option 2). Specify Educational Catalog or Toy Catalog.


How do I return an item?         
We want you to be satisfied with your Learning Resources purchase. However, in order to keep costs down for our dealers, we do restrict returns to situations in which we have made an error. To make a return under these circumstances, please follow these instructions:

1. Fill out our electronic RMA Form (Return Material Authorization) and click “submit form”. We will respond with an RMA number (required for all returns).

2. Print the completed RMA form, with the RMA number included, and insert the form into the package along with the products that have been authorized for return. (Once an RMA number has been issued, we can provide a call tag/return label, upon request, for any return resulting from our error.) 

3. Clearly note the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to:

Returns not resulting from our error:
• Are subject to your Sales Manager’s approval. (We do not sell on consignment.)
• Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the return is approved).
• Require that freight be paid by the dealer.
