How to Return an Item         

We want you to be satisfied with your Learning Resources purchase. However, in order to keep costs down for our dealers, we do restrict returns to situations in which we have made an error (we also allow returns on defective items and crushed packaging). To make a return under these circumstances, please contact Customer Service to receive information on returning your item.

Returns not resulting from our error:
• Are subject to your Sales Manager’s approval. (We do not sell on consignment.)
• Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the return is approved).
• Require that freight be paid by the dealer.
